Shelley,
Any time I eat fat now, I break out horribly. I think that if I produce bile, I just toxify my body. I had your carrot cleansing salad yesterday and my face and chest are an eyesore. And that was just one tablespoon of OO! I'm so fed up with this now. Out of all the years I've been suffering from acne, it seems to be at its worst. Flushing used to drastically clear it to a pimple or two, but now it's out of control. I put SO much effort into clearing my skin, and see little results. I just don't know what to do anymore. PLEASE HELP. |

Hi h0ppy,
Do you get professional colonics? I find these always help calm acne (drains the toxic pus/oils right out).
Since a series of liver flushings and colonic cleansing my face is clear of acne and rosacea.
If you do home enemas, possibly you don't get the higher up waste moving.
Good luck!

| I used to get professional colonics, but when I went away to school, that was no longer an option. So I used an enema bucket, and that worked quite well. I'm home now, and I'm get scheduled for a colonic tomorrow morning. I hope it will help. Thanks for your support pinkcat. |

Hoppy,
That is great to hear that you have a colonic scheduled! This really should help, and you may very well need a series of colonics (even if just a short one). I am so sorry to hear that things are difficult for you in liver land right now. I completely sympathize and I understand how hard it can be.
Blessings!

Thanks Shawnamarie. I too hope this colonic will clear things up. I did a flush last night and so far I've been getting a lot of small tan/green stones out. A few bigger, but nothing like my last couple of flushes. Somebody on curezone said that I could've possibly opened another major bile duct that was once blocked by a large stone. Who knows though. I hate the mystery involved.
One question. Why is my skin worse than before the 30 something flushes I've done? |

| Well I've just done my third flush and I also got loads of small green green stones out.. I'm just hoping that they're not just congealed OO and grapefruit juice.. still getting stones out after 30 flushes with no results doesn't seem right to me.. not sure I can handle much more flushes myself.. felt terrible on the last one and there is no way I can see myself doing 30.. especially with a lack of results. |

Ritchie
I hope you are doing okay
30 flushes?
I did somewhere between 11 and 14. I really lost track. I stopped for a couple monthes then resumed.
The last 2 flushes were all clear, and the last 4 were mostly just chaff .
I do remember being appalled in the begining by the green stones. I was horrified that they were inside me.
I can vouch that the results did change over the course of them so - since I stopped producing stones but the proceedure was the same, that verifies that the stones are real.
I hope that boosts your confidence in the flushes.
I hope it doesn't take too too many for you to feel all clear. |

Hey, I'm facing the same problem except its a bit minor. I'm on my 12th flush and the more I flush the more my forehead cysts seem to become frequent. When I was around my 5th or 6th flush, boy I was clear! No pimples on the face! But, after that I 've been flushing more frequently, which makes me think more frequent flushing may be a factor. And also, another theory, I think we flush our livers so much that it becomes stressed. So with that in mind, today I bought a vial of herbs called Health Liver Tonic packed with milk thistle, dandelion and other liver supporting herbs. I remember I used to take this everyday long ago, but I couldn't tell whether this made a difference.
I'm gonna start taking this at least once a day, twice if I can remember and fit it somewhere into my routine, and see if it helps. I just have a hunch that my liver is stressed so maybe rebuilding the liver may help it out. I'll let you know how it goes. |

Hey Ritchie,
I used to be in your position too. I found that I was flushing too often and lacked colonics. I've come to the conclusion that nothing beats a colonic. That being said, you could be breaking out because you aren't cleaning your colon thoroughly after each cleanse. |

Thanx for all the advice everyone. I'm hoping that the liver herbs I have bought help me out alongside the flushing.. fingers crossed.
Have any of you guys who have got out all your stones now symptom free? Or has all the flushing not really made a difference?
I know I should be doing colonics but I'm too much of a coward and will leave it as a last option.. if all else fails
Thanx again everyone for all the help. |
