the trick is to take the right stone dissolvers. Herbs like chianca are great, but for fats and such I find that Lecithin is the best one for keeping you out of that kind of trouble. You don't want to have to flush huge clumps like that last one, that's uncomfortable! breaking them down helps.
You have tons of options as to fiber shakes. Just visit your local health food store and check the ingredients. So long as there are plenty of herbs like slippyery elm, marshmallow root, fennel, peppermint, mixed in with the fiber, it should move quickly and not get stuck. Plus you can drink Eater's Digest TEa, which si a very very mild laxative. |

i really like the ingredients in this laxative http://www.enzy.com/products/display.asp?id=1858&cpmid=1793
is it safe to take something like this, combined with flax seed tea, for a long period of time? will it cause a dependency? i just don't want to be backed up.
the thing about the chanca piedra is that it broke up TOO MUCH. and even tho it broke up a lot, i believe some of the stones start to stick together again (like in that pic i sent you). i think the breaking up is done, and now, all i need to do is flush them out.
by the way, after my last flush, i could actually breathe through both of my nostrils. a couple days later, either left (mostly) or my right tends to clog. arrgh... this is so frusterating. i think since the stones are so small, they immediately fill the space of the previously flushed ones. |

On the contrary, I don't think it broke things up ENOUGH. You shouldn't have had that huge clump of stones still sticking together. IF it had broken them up properly, you wouldn't have been so symptomatic either.
The problem with taht laxative is the very high dose of magnesium. It will skew your mag/cal ratio over time. That's definitely a one-shot laxative - something to take for ACUTE, not chronic, constipation issues, in teh case of emergency. |

so you don't think the stones can stick back together once they're broken up? i tried to take that big one out with a spoon, and as soon as i touched it, it broke into pieces. it was so fragile... i'm surprised it didn't break apart when it hit the water.
do you think that since the color of my stones are mostly tan/white, that i could be near the end? i remember you saying that bilirubin colors them brown, and once that is oxidized, it turns green? so my guess would be that the new onces are tan and older ones green. right?
would that supplement be ok to take long term if i supplemented with calcium?
thx |

Yep!
I wouldn't take it every day even if I were taking calcium. The dose of magnesium is just way high, very hard on the kidneys. |

are you referring to the stones sticking together, or the possibility that i'm near the end? lol
if i'm near the end, then why is my skin at its worst? you'd think the less stones if have, the less symptoms. go figure.
one more ?. do you think this face mapping picture is correct?

They did have it...sort of...zone 2, between the eyes where the deep furrows grow. I think their triangle was a little low, but very interesting. |

shelley,
is it possible that i have permanent liver damage after what i've done? it seems like my skin is only getting worse even tho i flush.
by the way, i can still see small white stones when i do enemas or have a bowel movement. i strongly believe that the toxic sand/liquid is the problem. i've been taking a fiber supplement, flax tea, and some bentonite, but it doesn't seem to help much. i've tried everything to prevent myself from absorbing this toxic junk. how much longer is this gonna take??? |

Hi h0ppy,
What do you mean by 'what I've done'. Do you mean in your life, or through trying to cleanse yourself? |

| i meant by what i did about two months ago. i took a lot of chanca piedra, started breaking out bad, and did about 6 flushes in like two/three weeks time. i didn't get colonics either because at the time i couldn't afford them. if only i could go back in time... |

any ideas?
by the way my stool is light colored, not gray though. i've been pretty much dependent on enemas and colonics because if i let things sit too long, i will break out worse. |

they'll stop when you stop making them and get all of them out of you. Make sure to get plenty of good oils in your diet, supplement with lecithin, and keep liver flushing regularly and this shall pass. |

| Holy cow! I'm almost afraid to go down this road now! Hopefully I can learn from what you've done, h0ppy. I'll make SURE to get the colonics! Although, I get a lot of them already because they keep my skin pretty clear. I'm in the midst of bidding on a colema board off of ebay. Are colemas essentially as effective as colonics? I hope so. |
