Hi Angie!

The form the compounds are in is fine, the trouble is they are trying to do way too much in just one bottle. When you take tons and tons of herbs, vits and mins all at once, it tends to confuse the issue. It's a big ol' mess! And then what happens when you need lots of calcium, but only a tiny bit of other minerals?
