| Shelley I was just wondering if between taking 2+ bottles of Oxy Powder in the past few months and having a lot of liquid chlorophyll and pumpkin seeds every day, because they both have a lot of magnesium, am I getting too much? |

You could be, and that's a very good question to ask. We all need to be aware of possible overdose when supplementing!
Best thing to do is to start testing magnesium-rich foods and supplements with kinesiology. Get someone to help you with the arm test, it's the easiest way to start (see FAQ for instructions).
You can also visit www.acu-cell.com and read up on the signs of magnesium toxicity and compare them with your symptoms list.
I find that all I have to do is pay attention to my body's needs and that directs me to the right foods and supplements. We all just have to listen a bit harder!

OK Shelley, I'll check how to do the muscle testing. And if I think I'm getting too much magnesium, should I start taking calcium to balance things out? Would I have to give up pumpkin seeds and chlorophyll?
Thanks |

| take calcium if you test positive for it. The trick is balance, only taking what you need, and varying your diet. |
