I have just gotten a yogurt maker, I was wondering if it is of any use to me with my new way of eating healthy.
I love yogurt, but have changed to Kefir
Any ideas would be appreciated.

If you can find a use for it now that you're using Kefir, sure, go for it! It's still better than regular dairy! Smile

I myself have found that Kefir is all I really need, and I prefer it... so maybe your yogurt maker will find itself under somebody else's tree come Christmas. Wink
