Ive not bought any of their products but thought I might give their Boca Burgers a try..I believe they are made with Soy Protein.I read in Krafts latest magazine that a 2 1/2 OZ Boca burger has 80 calories less then a 2 1/2 OZ lean Hamburger pattie. And I stay away from as much red meat as possible..Thoughts anyone?

Soy is not great, much much worse than red meat in fact. If it's a fermented soy product like Tempeh or Tofu then it's okay for certain blood types. Visit www.westonaprice.org and learn the truth about Soy. The whole "it's good for you" is a major scam put out by an excellent PR firm working for the commodities industry.

There's nothing wrong with red meat unless it's cheap and full of hormones. Of course certain blood types would do well to back off from red meat, but otherwise, there's no good reason for all the bad press it gets. Wild or pasture-grazed beef sources are great.
