Shelley, I went to the bulk food store today with the intention of purchasing quinoa pasta, but they didn't have any. They did, however, have quinoa grains, which I purchased. I don't really see any recipes on the site for the grain. Do you know of any good ones?

I also purchased quinoa flakes. It's wheat- and gluten-free. They lady at the store told me the flakes make excellent hot cereal. Also, the back of the box has some recipes for pancakes, muffins, cake, cookies, etc. I was wondering, if I were to bake with the quinoa flakes, it is OK to use eggs? Can I bake eggs?

Thanks.
