HI Shelley:)
Forgot to ask you yesterday, after I did my coffee enema, I had an increase in energy but noticed my eyes were quite dark underneath. I don't normally get this and wondering if it could be connected to the enema (putting extra stress on my liver/kidneys), though it wasn't a strong enema...I only used 2 teaspoons of coffee. BTW it was my first ever coffee enema!
Any thoughts?
Thanks

Hi Anne!
The skin under the eyes is sooo very thin that it easily shows the veins, which look dark. If it's a temporary thing, chances are it's dehydration. Caffeine is a diuretic, which means it encourages the body to flush out excess fluids from in between cells. This can cause the under-eye area to look more bruised than usual.
A combo of congested liver, dehydration and toxic bowels will really do a number on the under-eye area. Could be you stirred things up without getting them all out of you, or things are equalizing after your cleanse. |
