Hi all,

Been browsing around this site for some time now and the information is fantastic. I'm just looking for a little bit more advice as I'm fairly new to this stuff.

I'm planning on my first ever liver flush this weekend and am looking for some advice from experienced flushers.

I've bought some stuff in preparation for the flush and was wondering what the best way to approach it would be.

Heres what I have:

Organic apple juice
Apple cider vinegar
500mg tabs Malic Acid

Should I be taking all of these stone dissolvers? and how much per day?

I'm not planning on taking any Epsom Salts during the flush. But have some Magnesium tablets (or could use Oxypowder). Should I try to get hold of some Epsom Salts or is it not really needed?

I also have a colonic treatment booked in for Monday (16th) morning. Would it be best to flush on Saturday or Sunday?

I also have some OxyPowder aswell. I'm thinking of taking this week, would this be advisable? Also, is it good to take after a flush to clear out the toxins?

Any advice would be great.

Many Thanks.

ps - I really want to stay away from enemas and salt water flush as I've had bad experiences with these in the past.

I'm not that experienced with flushes but I have done a couple and I was real apprehensive in the beginning. Two things that really help me is having altoids and peppermint tea available immediately after I drink the OO mix; and also massaging your abdomen (I massage for a good half hour). Good luck! It sounds like you are ready!

Hi diggler! WElcome to the forum. I'm so glad you found us. Smile

I don't use Epsom salts or magnesium citrate.

Oxy-powder is great to use before and after the flush.

You can pour a glass of apple juice and add a tablespoon of ACV, tastes better that way. Take that in between meals, or 30 minutes prior to a meal as it will really aid digestive power.

Take the Malic Acid pills just prior to a meal, every meal.

If your colonic is on Monday, do the flush Sunday night. You don't want the toxins sitting in the colon any longer than that. Smile

Good luck!

Well I did my first flush last night.

I decided to use Epsom salts at night and in the morning, mainly because I didnt want to do an enema but wanted to flush the intestines out. I was worried that becuause I haven't eaten much the past few days that I wouldn't have a bowel movement so wanted to make sure.

Anyway, it took me a while to get to sleep, I felt a few twinges in the liver area too. I woke up twice during the night, feeling very nausious (like a hangover). When I woke for the day I was fine. It took about 2 hours before my first BM though (was a bit worried).

I got around 200 'stones' out throughout the day. They weren't like ones i have seen pictires of. They were pea green, but they were the same substance all the way through. And the squished very easily. There was lots of chaff too, but I did a lot of stone dissolvers over the past week.

So overall, I'm very happy my first flush went through successfully and painless, and I'm definatley gonna do more in the future.

Thanks Shelley for the info.

Do you think it would be ok for me to do another flush in two weeks time. I have very good bowel function. But I won't go anywhere near SWF or enemas. What do you think? Is every 2 weeks ok?

Yep, every two weeks is fine. Smile

And stones are that way - the same substance all the way thru. After all, they're congealed fats! Smile Just some people manage to get more interestingn color depending on what got stuck with the fats.

Hi,

Most of the stones were really small, maybe even described as chaff.

I had maybe 10-20 "big" ones. and even they weren't that big.

I don;t feel any different after my flush, but wasn't expecting too. Its been a week since I did it. And I'll do another next weekend and every 2 weeks after that too.

Sounds like your flush went exactly like mine Laughing

My next one is due this tuesday.. hope I'm not one of those who needs to do 20 flushes before noticing any difference.

Did my second flush last night. Went fantastic.

Got out loads of small stones and chaff, lots of medium sized stones and one large one (it was about 2cm big - scared me at first Shocked ).

Another successful flush has given me even more encouragement to continue. I'm considering doing another next weekend. But definately in 2 weeks time if i dont.

Yes, great news diggler.. Very Happy

Feeling any different? Also did you use the extra olive oil and was the big stone like the little green stones?

My acne seems a whole lot better after my second flush but that might be down to the extra water to help flush the toxins though Confused

Crack on mate Wink

Hey, thanks guys.

Felt slight improvement in sinuses last night and a little today. Not much though. Still congestion there.

I used around 180mls oil this time (125ml last time), otherwise everything kept the same. May go up to 225ml next time.

I got lots more stones out. 1 large one - seemed like 4 small ones stuck together, but was quite round. Got a lot more tan ones out towards the end of the day though. They had like a 'crust' on them when squashed and had the green stuff inside. Guess these were ones that had started to calcify.

I do feel great relief when the stones come out though. I get nervous thinking it won;t have worked.

I've not expected much change after just 2 flushes - I'm gonna give it at least 5 before I expect to see changes.

I think I might do another 1 next weekend. (I'm impatient, lol).

Glad to hear about your acne. Are you still feeling the sinus benefits?

Take care.

Hi,

Did my 3rd Flush last night (only a week since the last one).

Got loads of small & tiny stones out. About 10 medium and 2 medium-large.

Does this mean anything (that I got loads and loads of small ones out).

Not expecting much change benefits wise.

I'm gonna do another next weekend, but then give it 2 weeks till the next one after that.

I'm also thinking of taking the herbs. Not sure whether to take LiverTone or Liv52. I may also be able to get some Chinese Gentian and Bupleurum from a local Chinese Herb shop.

Can anyone recommend which would be best out of these to start with?

Many Thanks. Cool
