Hello everyone! How are you on this fine day? Getting better or at least getting better educated I hope!
I can feel Spring take hold, lots of ideas germinating and driving me crazy because they're not ready to totally BUD yet.
Here's something I've been working on, a page on The Power of Assimilation and Blended Foods. It's a work in progress so please read and contribute any comments, recipes, questions, feedback of any kind. It helps me more than you know!

I will probably be slower to answer posts this weekend than usual, as I see the need to become more organized and that will take time. For instance, I'm getting questions from people I helped a year ago or three months ago, so I think it's time to start up some kind of simple database of members so I can easily look things up, have your entire history right there. Don't worry, it'll be secured and only I will have access to it.
A hearty welcome to the new members!
There was a request to see my picture more often, so here it is:

This is great info Shelley, as we always get from you. Clear, concise, no nonsense. I think that my lunch time meal of blended veggie soup (a right mixture, which varies every day (and sometimes contains beans, turkey, rice, potatoes or whatever), and whatever spices I fancy, is more nourishing to me than any other, because I actually digest it properly.
I love the photo, thank you. |

I'm glad you posted your picture. It's nice to see such a great sincere smile.
Your "aura" shines though bright and clear. |
