How small a dose of oil can I use for a regular flush? I have always used 3/4 cup, but this last time my intuition was telling me I should use less. Naturally, I ignored myself, used 3/4 cup and was sick in the morning. I've got to work on listening to my intuition! Wink

I've found that I could get the same results with just 1/2 cup oil, split up into two doses, with twice as much juice.
