Hey Shelley,
I wanted to ask if you were familar with goji juice. I had never heard of it but it has come up twice this week and that always makes me takes notice. I've been reading a bit on it and it mentioned helping with blood sugar and also headaches and dizziness which are three of my biggest problems, although not as big as they use to be Very Happy This is how I found rolfing, it mentioned to me by 3 different people in one week. I have had 3 sessions so far and the headache is still gone Very Happy Very Happy I just wanted any input you might have on this. Thanks once again for your time and help.

I'm so glad the rolfing is working for you! Smile

Goji juice is getting a lot of press and a lot of testimonials. I find the cost to be the most prohibitive factor currently. Until it becomes more mainstream and less of a fad, you're going to have to pay too much for the benefits it offers.

All plants have various chemicals and such that act as antioxidants. If you want the kind of plant power that keeps you young, all you really have to do is get a juicer, take Triphala and occasionally Chyawanprash.

Moreover, word is that only a certain variety of the Goji berry, grown in one particular area of the Himalayans, has the extra plant chemicals that are lacking in any other fruit. But everyone advertises that they sell "the miracle berry" no matter where it was cultivated.

Since this info is from the actual manufacturer take it with a grain of salt, but at least there are 3rd party clinical trials:
