What brand should I buy? I looked at a GNC's granulated lecithin and it says "Soy granulated lecithin " Is that refined? Can you recommend a good brand?

Thanks

I haven't noticed any change between brand names. I've tried several different ones, they all just seem like lecithin! As long as it is 96% or more pure it should be fine. Most lecithin is refined from soy, soy is cheaper than eggs. There are not many food sources that are really high in lecithin besides eggs and soy.

One brand I really liked but my store no longer carries it is a powdered lecithin. They grind up the granules for you. This dissolves much quicker than granulated. If you can find that at your store, go for it! great stuff.
