Hi Shelley,

I have a question regarding the SWF. I did my first LF this weekend past and I didnt see any results expect for floating pale little things. I attempted my first SWF yesterday and I couldnt get the 1 quart of salt water down. I started to gag and my body immediately started to sweat and I felt light headed. Is this a normal reaction? I drank half of the drink and then about 2 hours later headed to the toilet were i had butt pee and then later on i had a half a cm wide bm which was pale. Then several hours after, sorry for the detail but my butt pee was clear.
Is this normal?

Thanking you for your wise wisdom

Em

Yep, totally normal. The body works really hard to expel that water and all toxins too and that means sweating, cramping, dizziness, just all-around feeling bad! Smile

Next time try to cleanse the bowels the morning after your oil/juice, and the day after that too. Don't wait a couple days. You don't want that stuff sitting in there for days! otherwise you will re-absorb it all or the stones could get stuck where they shouldn't and fester.

Congrats on a successful flush! Smile
