Yea I just finished my first liver flush! I didn't use the epsom salts, I just used the salt water flush. I really liked the salt water flush, at first I only drank 1 glass and nothing was happening...I got worried...but I decided to drink three more glasses and whoa! butt pee is weird. Plus I passed a bunch of tiny stones and other stuff. Shelley thank you so much for all your tips. I was very apprehensive about liver flushing...all the hype got me scared and I had envisioned feeling sick and throwing up. But it turned out great. I feel just fine, no hangover, and the drinks didn't taste bad and I had no nausea. I think it went really well because I massaged my belly constantly and drank ginger, pepperment, and eater's digest tea the day of.

My question is how often is okay to do a salt water flush??? I'm not too excited about the idea of enemas and would much prefer to just use salt water flushes for bowel cleansing, if this is possible.

Congrats, Gemma! I'm so glad you had a comfortable flush, that's one of my main objectives for people. Thanks so much for letting me know it went okay. Smile

The SWF may be done while on an intense cleanse several times a week. It's best to only do it while on a near-fast like the fasting stage of the Vital Cleanse.

You don't want to combine it with a lot of fiber because if a lot of water comes up against a hard feces, your intestines could balloon out and get misshapen - not good! Best to wait to do them after your morning BM if you are eating enough to have one BM a day. Several times a week should be safe at that point.

Many people have done them daily for weeks per the instructions for the Master Cleanse, a protocol written by William Burroughs, but I always thought that was a bit extreme. You know me, always trying to find a balance of what is just enough to be efficient and effective. Smile
