Last night I drank broth for supper with quite a bit of fresh ginger( about the size of a fortune cookie). About an hour after supper I had the biggest bowel movement! It was at least a foot long and very big around. Them for the next hour I was running to the bathroom with liquid bowel movements every ten minutes...they weren't watery at all, but thick brown stuff. Is this b/c of the ginger, or b/c of my recent try to increase my fiber intake with lots of flax seeds? RemeberI'm still on the Yerba Prima internal cleanse stuff too. Just trying to figure this out so I don't over do it again |

well when you add a bunch of new things all in the same couple of days it's tough to say which of the many was the real cause, but I'd say it's the combination that did it.
You wouldn't have had so much fiber to pass if you weren't doing the Yerba and flax seeds. Now the ginger probably didn't do too much but maybe speed up transit times a little and cleanse some dreck (the looser stuff) out of the liver - whoopee!
Maybe on the days you want to do flax seed you should cut back on your Yerba dose. |
