Shelley,
It's me again! Ive been eating sugar daily. YIKES. The stress of my dad having lung cancer and trying to sell our house is getting the best of me! Anyway, I ride my bike inside year round. Yesterday I thought I would head outdoors to bike. Well, last night my calves cramped and knotted up sooooo bad. Stretching did nothing. I have natural calm, and EM-C and green foods. I think Im going to juice fast. What juices would be best for my muscles reacting like this? I am ready to give up sugar for awhile again. I have to ! |

| I found my answer on curezone, one of your posts I know I read before. So last question, I realize OJ is mucous forming, but it looks like the benefits for my situation my be good. Is OJ still a good juice for muscle cramps? |

Curing muscle cramps is in the fAQ here. You need to balance/supplement calcium and magnesium. If the problem is a lack of potassium, which is rare, then OJ will help. |
