When making a "p&b" shake, is it okay to use garden of life's super seed, or must the fiber have psyllium to be effective? And/or does it make a difference if you want to do the candida fiber shakes?

Thanks so much! Very Happy

super-seed works just fine, and in fact is probably BETTER than psyllium. Psyllium actually ferments just a bit, which is bad for candida people, and with steady usage can become an allergan. IT also tends to turn to cement if not properly hydrated. So if you can afford Garden of Life's seed supplement go for it! You can still make whatever kind of fiber shake you wish. Smile
