Shelley,
I know that I ask a lot of questions on this forum, but many things just seem to keep coming up with my health protocol. Before my liver cleanse, I did a water enema and a had an intense pain in my abdomen below my navel just after eliminating the water from the enema. I have taken two water enemas since then and had the same experience, only worse each time. My food allergies and stomach upset have increased dramatically because of this also. The pain is dull but intense. It goes away after about ten minutes, but I feel kind of icky for the rest of the day after it. What do you think is causing this pain what can I do to help it?

that kind of pain is 98% of the time due to inflammation due to having something STUCK where it shouldn't be. Next enema massage the area THOROUGHLY and put something soothing in the enema like bentonite clay or liquid chlorophyll.

You can also drink Barley TEa to take down the inflammation. Great stuff. Recipe in the FAQ under essential recipes/meals for specific ailments. Fennel tea will also help it move along.
