I have been taking "yerba Prima renew" for 7 days now. I have still had to do enemas every few days so far to keep things moving, but I can tell its working...and then tonight I had the most amazing BM!How funny does that sound But for someome like me who bacially relies on enemas, it was a major good deal :wink Anyway...before this happened, I was already thinking about buying another box of this stuff to make sure I was getting EVERTHING out! Do you think its OK to keep doing it? I upped my dosage to 6/3/3 caps today. I want to keep it up for longer than what this box will last me, but I don'tknowif there's anything in it that wouldn't be good to take for that long( maybe a month all together). |

| Well it has senna in it, and most people say not to take senna for more than 30 days in a row or you get dependent on it. It also has soy proteins in it. |

you can take triphala for up to a year, so if your symptoms require it go for it. |
