hi shelley:
I have another question for my brother that is suffering cirrhosis of the liver. When he went to the hospital he took antibiotics for infection on encefalo. My question is if there is a natural antibiotic that would not harm his liver. Would dragon's blood would be ok? or Can you sugesst something else?

Antibiotics don't harm the liver. They are tough on the kidneys and if broad-spectrum cause yeast imbalance. Even a natural antibiotic will do this if it's not anti-funal too.

He get edema (bottom og legs) and usually that is a sign of encefalopathy because then he start talking nonsense and can even go unconcious. My sister usually gives him an enema and or laxative, and diuretics to get over those episodes, the problem ithat I see in that this is happening frecuently about every two to three days.

Okay, since he has cirrhosis, the encephalopathy is not due to infection but rather general toxemia due to the liver not doing its job. So Pau D'arco and other antibiotics will do nothing. The best thing would be organic coffee enemas to flush the toxins out of the liver pronto, so the toxins get out of the bloodstream and no longer pass the blood-brain barrier.

Dandelion tea should be helpful too, because it's both a liver cleanser and mild diuretic. Coptis or Turmeric will help the liver take out toxins and keep the blood thinner, which should help with the pressure in the brain.
