Hi Shelley
My frothy urine has subsided you will be glad to know. I tried a coffee enema last night and my problem is I just can't retain it, longer then a few minutes, should i do a normal enema first to release anything in the lower colon? or will i get better at retaining? My doctor wanted me to do some more colonics so i have booked in for one and they do herbs there now which will be good. But again i have problems retaining the coffee or herbs even when i have colonics.
cheers caper |

You can try doing a flushing enema first and flush the colon once or twice, I usually do before trying a retention to make sure there's nothing there to get in the way.
The solution may be too strong, too much caffeine bringing on perisaltic action too soon, so lower the dose a bit. You want to get it as high up the colon as possible. Make sure it's comfortably warm and let gravity help you out too. |
