|
|
| Hi, Shelley. For the last couple of days I've been experiencing a migraine-like pain on the right side of my head, a few inches above my right ear. It feels different than a normal headache because most headaches I experience usually cause a throbbing pain around throbbing pain around the forehead region. Could this pain somehow be candida related? Thanks. |

Kind of candida related, but mostly lack of minerals - which candida causes. Whenever a headache is dominant on one side, it means you're wonky with your balance of calcium and magnesium and need to supplement to bring things back into balance. It's a very easy cure! I always recommend taht everyone have a good cal/mag supplement on hand. My fave is Cal-Mag Fizz because it's absorbable and has everything else you need to make it usable, but really any will do. Check the FAQ under Ailments, the headache post goes into more detail. |
