| Have his secretary fax them to you if you can, or have them make copies and pick them up from the office. The results are YOUR personal information and YOU have a right to a copy of everything in your file. |

Ah, good old great smokies. You could have sent it in yourself and bypassed that silly doctor completely!
So far looks good, negative means just that - negative, not happening, no parasites found. Rare means almost the same thing, they just use that word because it's actually normal to find candida in a stool, it's when it is above a certain percentage that things are considered abnormal.
If there are lots of more numbers, send me the numbers plus what is considerd normal range, that helps me read it faster. Or just include any that are outside of normal range. Most lab tests are printed so that anything outside normal is offset somehow, like in a different column or highlighted. |

Okay, the only real problem is you're low in beneficial bacteria - each of them should be 4+ or higher, and only one is. Eat more kefir, saeurkraut, ACV, and foods that feed them like veggies, garlic.
Being low on CHYMOTRYPSIN means you are low on the enzymes that digest protein. Digestive enzymes, bromelain, papain, are recommended in this case. Eat more cultured foods, raw juices, pineapple, papaya, avoid sugar for awhile to give your pancreas a break, and this should resolve.
NO veggie fibers? Are you not eating your veggies, hmmm?
If the box for pathogenic bacteria is filled in, that means they found something, but usually that box is for the regular food poisoning type bugs that never get treated, they just run their course. They'll cause a bit of diarrhea as the body deals with them. Only people who have severely compromised immune systems need to worry about it.
So overall, no real worries, just a bit of tinkering to do! |

that's good stuff! Sauerkraut is actually quite easy to make, tho, I was surprised. I might be trying one of their veggie mixes tho.
For anxiety, nervousness - especially if accompanied by restless leg syndrome, I'd go after nutritional reasons first, mercury toxicity (hair analysis) second. Analyze your diet and supplementation for the following. If you're not supplementing, you can pretty assume you're low and not high :
High/low calcium, high/low magnesium, high/low potassium, high iodine, high sodium, high nickel, high cobalt, high phosphorus, high Vitamin B1, high Vit B6, high Vit B12, low PABA, low Vit B2, low Vit B5, low B15, low coenzyme Q10 and low tryptophan.
Hives are usually due to low stomach acids, lack of digestive enzymes (which the test revealed) and food allergies, which this test wouldn't reveal. |

Blood tests don't work for nutritional deficiencies, because blood has very particular chemistry that has to be correct at all times or we die. The deficiencies happen within the cells and tissues themselves, and only a few people do those kinds of tests.
Hair analysis tests reveal a lot but most people don't know how to read them right. But it's all out there on the 'net somewhere, or in the right book, you just gotta know how to find it. |
