does liv 52 clean the liver off fatts and drugss and how long should i talke it

do i have take intestinal cleansers with it could u tell me how to take it

it cleanses drugs more than fats. It's best done in conjunction with bowel management, yeppers, but it can be just one fiber shake a day plus fennel tea, or the occasional coffee enema/colonic.
