hiya shelley.
fell off the wagon with my diet and doing the colonics
whenever i do, i feel dizzy and drunklike. it's so wierd.
i still have not finished all my dental work (no amalgams, but lots of temps to be restored). i feel as though this has alot to do with my health problems and my nervousness and skin hives. i'm finding it difficult to locate a real good biological/holistic dentist, so many frauds out there.
thanx for your site....i think of it often when feeling alone.
xoxo

dizzy and drunklike is pretty typical when you're low in essential minerals. It doesn't necessarily have anything to do with mercury toxicity, it has more to do with candida, refined foods and sugar blues! Mercury toxicity will make it more crucial for you to get adequate minerals, but even regular people find bad foods are killers once their bank account reserves of good minerals are totally depleted.
So chin up, you're okay, you're just finding out how bad bad foods can be. Be sure to remineralze best you can - calcium, magnesium, zinc, trace minerals. If you're reacting to sugar you need lots of Chromium, preferably GTF Chromium - Solaray has it.
I highly recommend you start drinking the Ultimate Tonic, which is Kefir, 1-2 eggs, wheat germ oil, handful of fruit, cinnamon, lecithin, bit of molasses for sweetening and extra minerals, and half a scoop of nutritional yeast flakes.
And be sure to read the tips on how to cheat - it's in the FAQ. |

sulphur helps the liver to get rid of old chemicals, yep, but people who have mercury toxicity tend to get sensitive to sulphur and must avoid it temporarily.
You can try one raw egg and see how you feel, or test it with kinesiology. If they really do bother you, then make the shake without the eggs and perhaps add a rice based or other plant-based protein powder. Some whey powders are okay too. But most of the regular protein powders for shakes and body builders (soy, dried milk, dried eggs) are really bad. |
