|

i am doing the candida diet and am on my 2 months of it, i had the runs and saw in the loo what looked like small white rice about a spoon full, have i got worms?! i'm always bloated, excema, dry skin, need food every 2 hours. i've taken a thread worm pill from boots but it didn't do anything.
i've always had a swollen tummy since i was a baby with severe craddle cap.
i'm getting a bit tired of feeling so heavy and full around my middle and should have more energy as i'm eating very healthy organic food and drink about 3 pints of filtered water and herbal tea and coffee! |

Hi and welcome to the forum!
Yes, unforunately there is a parasite that looks just like white rice. So you really must do a parasite cleanse. I recommend Colonix from www.drnatura.com. It's very thorough. You may need to do 3 months of that, plus eat the foods that parasites hate - there's a list in the FAQ.
Good luck! |

Oh dear I just noticed you're in the UK and it might not be easy for you to get Colonix. Not sure which product my UK people use - check the Sources forum. Invincible is good about posting UK sources. Clarkia might be easier for you to get. |
