Shelley,

I am going CRAZY. I have pretty much decided I have systemic candida after liver tests, blood panels, etc. all turned out negative. A rash on my chest turned out to be tinea versicolor, which is yeast-related. Main system is itching from head to toe (began last November), also sporadic joint pain, fatigue and brain fog. Began using Threelac 10 days ago. Now I'm itching more and wondering if it's die-off. . .Am I starting over again? Interested in hearing from anyone who has main symptom of itching.

Thanks!

Hi Roni! Welcome to the forum, I'm so glad you found us. Smile

Itching is a combination of things. Candida is a major one, oh yes, but also stressed kidneys and a diet that's too high in phosphorous. You're way too acidic! You must mineralize and become more alkaline.

Don't waste your money on Threelac. It only works for maybe 1 out of 10 people. For every 1 person who saw good results (and these are usually the people selling it so can't even be sure they're telling the truth) there are 10 people who say they got ripped off. The worst problem wtih Threelac is they tell you that you don't have to cut out sugar or change your diet, which is so wrong!

Please review my FAQ and my guidelines for curing candida. Start drinking lots and lots of fluids, preferably as broth and Cleansing Drink with Stevia instead of maple syrup. Start taking a Calcium supplement, preferably Cal-Mag Fizz. See the Sources forum, the Amazon Sources post has a link to Cal-Mag Fizz. Emergen-C would also be good.

Also start taking live acidophilus supplements, Kefir, and Primal Defense if you don't have leaky gut syndrome. If you do, just take the live acidophilus for awhile.

Good luck! Smile

P.S. the detox bath with the addition of 3/4 cup of finely ground oatmeal is a great cure of itchiness. Smile
