Colonics usually cost around 60 bucks, which is why I recommend getting your own enema bag or bucket after getting a few colonics.

P&B shakes don't destroy the friendlies, they help them. the friendlies like a clean environment.

Never take 2 tablespoons of bentonite clay unless you're adding it to an enema solution. You don't need much bentonite clay, in fact I don't recommend daily use of it, and when you use it only teaspoons are recommended. Candida people often have leaky gut and that means you absorb some of the clay, which is aluminum.
