Hi,
Is drinking hot water with freshly squeezed Lemon juice sweetened with a tad of honey OK to drink several times per day?It seems I read somewhere that cold water wasnt wise to drink when ridding oneself of systemic Yeast. If someone could ellaborate.

Thank you!

Nope, not great for candida people. Honey when all by its lonesome will not support yeast, the carbs are too dense. But once digested and broken down, it will totally feed yeast.

See the recipe for my Cleansing Drink in the FAQ. It's much more powerful then a simple lemon drink. during the first 1-3 months of my anti-candida diet you should use Stevia as a sweetener, but then you can use molasses instead and get tons of good minerals.

The cleansing drink can be room temp or warm like tea. It's best to make most of your drinks either room temp or warm for good digestion. See the FAQ under Vital Health Management for the Power of Digestion, which is what everyone totally neglects and really must know in order to achieve vital health and balance candida.
