Hey Shelley!

I know you say in the FAQ to take these for a brief period of time and then to use probiotics. Are these anti-fungals even necessary? What if I just skip them and go straight into the probiotic treatment?

I am so disappointed because it seems that my body is back into having yeast infections every month before my period. This is month two. I used to get this a long time ago, but they went away after doing Ejuva. I am baffled. I eat a couple of pieces of fruit a day, but no other sugary/starchy foods. I have been so good and yet the candida symptoms are back!

I did just get the IUD out two weeks ago, so maybe some chromium will help bring my body back into balance. Either way, I will be eating an anti-candida diet for a bit and introducing probiotics. Just wondering if anti-fungals are a must.

Blessings,
Shawna

I don't think anti-fungals are a must. They rarely did anything for me! but probiotics are definitely a must, as is spicing one's food - see Pungent Therapy - good bowel management and following the guidelines for digestive power. Smile
