Hi Sam! Am I too late? I definitely recommend changes. If you've already flushed, you may already know what some of them are! LOL! Please read the FAQ and the posts here. Basically, I recommend NOT using so much Epsom salts, she really overdoses you. And I recommend more stone dissolving - apple juice is not strong enough. She really should have done more research. And I recommend more bowel managemnet before and after. Etc. etc. etc.

Thanks for your reply Shelly, i have taken the first lot of Epsomsalts, i chilled the water and they were'nt to bad actually, i'am quite a big chap 6"4 215 US Ibs so think i should beable to cope with the epsomsalts in 4 doses (750Mls total 4 small tablespoons)

Its 7.20pm here in the UK and just had first BM bit of both diahree and solid, but i expexted that, next does of Epsom salts at 8pm, i have already mixed the extra virgin olive oil & fresh sqeezed grapfruit, think i'll give this method a try and modify it if successfull ect (i.e get some stones) i should do as i looked at my ultra sound scan from Janurary and could see all the tiny stones in y gallbladder, it was a 3/4 full of then!

I have also been taking GCC for last few months nearly finshed a bottle so hopfully that has helped a little.

For some reason i was sick last night, dul pain in my back and right sided area, just generally dullness pain, had to take some mildpainkillers to get to sleep and has prompted me into trying the flush tonite. Figgers crossed! Cheers, Sam

P.S I have a headace as well at the moment, have been getting these for last week, but seems a little worse today, probably cause i have not eaten since yesterday, what time of the day can i eat soft foods tommoro or drink juice's?

Hi Shelly, well did it last night and it seems to have worked Smile

Have got out about 150 small stones, but also i lot of tiny ones as well (probably de to amount of GCC i took?), they were all greeney black looking and squashed when i touched them.

I have saved them and will freeze them to keep.

My gallbladder area feels a little releaved as it has been hurting for the past week, and the aches and pains from weight lifting i get that never seem to go away are so much better today, so some benfits aleady i think.

Digestion wise i'am a little better, was very hungry so had apple juice at 11.30am then toast at 1pm and then pasta and tuna at 3.30pm hope i did'nt over do it as feel hungry again now as have just wokenup Shocked

Only problem i had was getting to sleep (i did'nt have any'ornithine capsules'), went to bed at 10pm, but did'nt sleep till 4am so had to watch some TV inbetween, epsom salts were not bad at all in ice coldwater and OO & GFJ was easier then i imagined.

Will try again in 2 weeks time and will change it slighly to see if i get better result, has'nt hurt me, so can only make me stronger, as they say Wink

thanks for all your help! Sam

Hi Shelly (or anyone who can advise) its been 2 weeks now since last flush so gonna do another one tommoro, the last flush took all my pain away from my gallbladder area so was pleased with that.

My question is can anyone reccomend anything to help me sleep the evening of the flush, last time i just fell asleep watching TV at about 4/5am in the morning after going to bed at 10pm!!

Also can i adjust the time i do the flush, i.e take the epson salts at 8pm instead of 6pm? (i.e more everything 2 hours) cheers, Sam

Hi Rizel,

You can try reading a book before bed, or listening to some soothing music. Try to avoid stimulating things like T.V. and the computer before bed.

It's fine if you move the entire procedure 2 hours ahead.

Hope this helps Very Happy

Hi shelly or anyone reading Wink

Need some advise please, seems my condition is getting worse.

Had a really bad gallstone attack a week last saturday so had to go to hospital Sad

Unfortunatly my Gallbladder also got infected so i had a temp and a 5 day stay in hospital. The Doc's wanted to operate as they were concerned that i could have another attack in the mean time and make things even worse Sad

But i decided not to go with ther advise at time as i really felt week and wanted to aviod open surgery with the gallbladder Inflamed and infected.

However i have decided now that i feel it needs to come out, even if i'm getting rid of stones i'm making and storing more as quickly it seems, and having two bouts of jaundice and now an infection within 6 months it could lead Pancreas problems next and i feel my health is getting worse rather than better with it, have done a lot of reading on it last few days.

My question is though, as the flushes seemed to lower my shoulder pain and make my gallbaldder less heavy and full feeling i'd like to carry on untill i have my operation in 2-4 weeks time (NHS system we hav in the UK) and it will hopfully minamise attacks. But is it safe to do one within the next few days? I have been on antibiotics for 5 days and finished the cours Saturday gone, also last week i was on a lot of paracetamol because of my temperature.

Thanks for any advise. Sam
