Hi, if anyone can point me in the right direction for a good sea salt I can get from the UK would be much appreciated.. I got one from the supermarket but have since heard they might not be pure sea salt.. and also a good place for Epsom salts.. I know, I'm useless Wink

Hi,

I think you can get celtic sea salt over the net but if it's easier to buy in the UK I'd recommend Lima's Atlantic sea salt. It's hand harvested and unrefined and has a nice grey colour. Also contains 2% magnesium Smile I get mine from my local health store.

You can get epsom salts from Superdrug and other chemists and also some Sainsbury's stores stock it.
