Yes, but there are usually several. I hope to make up a table/chart of symptoms, nutrients, gland weaknesses and dehydration so you can see how they are all connected. Until then, visit www.acu-cell.com it's the very best resource on vitamins.

Just noticed this old thread, and was extremely excited by the thought of such a chart. If you ever get some time spare it'd be fantastic to see it, would really clarify and elucidate a lot of deficiency issues - which I definitely have!

I"m having trouble figuring out how to make the chart more 3-dimensional. Guess I have to have double headings or something like that. A lot of things can be both vitamins and hormones, only way to rule out hormones is to get tested. Hmmmm....

That's mostly toxic liver and lack of essential fatty acids. You can't have balanced hormones or thin-skinned feet unless you have strong digestion and lots of good, fresh EFAs. Zinc is also important.

Hi again,
I do take 1-2 tbsp Olive oil daily ... as far as Zinc: I eat Beef/Eggs/Parmesan cheese/Oatmeal 2-3x per week ... and
I'm on the birthcontrol pill for my crazy hormones ... hence, it must definately be a toxic liver and a weak digestion ...
however; I'm working on that Thanks to u and this wonderful informative site/FAQ |
