Hi and welcome to the forum!
Well, you have a LOT of reading to do. There's no need for you to go hungry provided you are willing to eat high-quality beef occasionally, and are able to prepare tasty veggies.
Yes, you DO have to change your diet, there's no getting around that. Be sure to read *carefully* all about my candida diet, which is a post in this forum - it should be at or near the top of all the posts.
There IS a garlic supplement you can take that does not increase body odor, it's called Kyolic. Highly recommended for candida people.
Forget about hydrogen peroxide, it's very risky. For it to do any good you have to buy food-grade, and with that it is very possible to burn yourself badly.
Then start reading the FAQ. Start out with Vital Health Management, all those links there and posts there, then the rest. You have to know EVERYthing there is to know about natural health to balance candida and body odor.
You should start taking these supplements right away:
Cal-Mag Fizz (See the Sources forum for links to suppliers)
Emergen-C
Zinc - 50 mg chelated about 3x a week
but don't take any other synthetic vitamins.
Malic Acid or HCL Betaine - take the stomach acid test.
Digestive Enzymes - Garden of Life's Omegazyme is great, or Kal's Pancreatin is cheaper and still good. Solaray has good stuff too.
Primal Defense (start saving your money for this one - it's expensive but worth it)
Fungal Defense - get this before Primal Defense and take for 2 weeks in large doses.
Something to cleanse the bowels - preferably start out with Oxy-Powder or Colosan and then switch to fiber-based.
Live acidophilus supplements from the refrigerated section of the health food store. And Kefir - see FAQ for Kefir shake recipes.
You should be fully stocked with pungent herbs (see Pungent Therapy in the FAQ) and digestive teas: ginger, peppermint, Eater's Aide, Digest Aid, Yogi Tea's India Spice.
Do not EVER drink iced drinks, and don't drink anything with meals except a small glass of digestive tea with lemon.
If you force yourself to sweat regularly with saunas, detox baths, exercise and then remain cool best you can the remainder of the time, the sweating will die down. You have to keep you stomach hot too with pungent, carminitive herbs listed in Pungent Therapy.
Hope that helps! |
