Hi Shelley:
I am about to start the stomach acid test with some betaine tablets, but I noticed that you said that we should take it on an empty stomach and the bottle instructions says that we should never take it with an empty stomach, but rather with our meals.
Any advises?
Thanks,

the bottle would say that because it is a digestive aid and so it's pointless to take it without food, but you still need to test for what the correct dosage is for you, and that requires an empty stomach to begin with. Take it 30 minutes prior to your meal, if you don't feel a burning by then, then you'll know you should increase the dose the following day. |
