Co-Creative Science

Co-creative science is both more contemporary and ancient than modern science. Co-creative science involves an active partnership with nature intelligences, and allows us to learn about nature's laws by immersing ourselves into the complete process as we both study it and experience it holistically.

Systems Management– digestive, bowel, lymph, endocrine, nervous system, immunity… etc.

Managing a system means cleansing and nourishing it properly for vital health, rejuvenation, longevity and to cure imbalance and dis-ease. It means using certain tools, performing certain activities, taking tests, consulting practitioners, etc.

Metabolism

Metabolism is the sum of all the chemical and physical changes that take place within the body and enables its continued growth and functioning. Metabolism involves the breakdown of complex organic constituents of the body with the liberation of energy, which is required for other processes, and the building up of complex substances, which form the material of the tissues and organs.

Comfort Zone

Recovering from chronic degenerative diseases often makes us feel worse before we feel better, and requires actions that temporarily make us feel worse, such as side-effects, die-off and healing crisis. It's important for us to not exceed our comfort zone. While we cannot expect to be 100% comfortable as we do what's necessary to regain and maintain vital health, neither should our methods of intervention prevent us from getting to work on time when we need to.

Paths of Elimination

The systems that manage the body's wastes and/or allow wastes to exit the body. The main path is the colon via feces; others include the urinary system via urine, the skin via sweat, ear/nose/throat, and the vagina. These paths must be able to do their jobs or we will poison ourselves.

Healing Crisis

Symptoms of ill health brought on by a release of toxins that is exceeding the ability of the paths of elimination to excrete them.

Cleansing/Detox

To cleanse the paths of elimination, major organs, systems, tissues, brain, teeth, cells, and fluids in between the cells of waste materials, acids, metals, pathogenic bacteria or other unfriendly microbes, environmental toxins, etc.

pH balance

A method of measurement used in chemistry to express the degree of acidity or alkalinity of a solution. A pH of 7 represents the neutral point where the solution is neither acid nor alkaline. Any higher alkalinity is expressed by a number greater than 7, and higher acidity, by a number less than 7. There is a lot of bad information out there regarding pH such as people claiming one's urine should always be alkaline. Alkaline urine means risk of infection and kidney stones, it does not mean good health.

Microbes

Minute living organisms, including bacteria, viruses, fungi and protozoa.

Friendlies

The beneficial, resident microbes that are supposed to be in our bodies and actually help us with our immune response. The friendly microbes are in fact one half of what we call our immune system, the other half being the lymphatic system where white blood cells are manufactured and where the baddies go to die. Number wise, we have more microbes in us than actual body cells. It is not smart to discount them when considering health or illness.

Baddies

The invaders or the residents that are out of balance. Pathogenic bacteria, protozoa, H. pylori, etc. Candida when it's out of balance.

Soil-Based Organisms (SBO)

Microbes that help all plant life and animal life by releasing enzymes that prevent molds, mildew and yeast from taking hold.

Probiotics

Beneficial bacteria.

Prebiotics

Indigestible food substances that improve health by stimulating the growth or activity of beneficial bacteria within the small and large intestine.

Fermented Foods

Conversion of organic substances by organisms, especially bacteria, fungi or yeasts to produce other substances, such as milk fermenting to become sugar-free yogurt or kefir thanks to acidophilus. Fermentation is extremely healthy and beneficial when it happens outside of the body. When it happens inside the body it causes disease.

Chi

Energy that is seemingly without or beyond tangible form. It may be emotions, intelligence, Tachyons, magnetic fields, ley lines, I use this term in a general way to represent all intangible forces.

Acronyms

Here are some of the more common acronyms:

ACV

Apple cider vinegar, preferably the raw, unfiltered and organic kind with ‘the mother.' A fermented product that kills yeast.

OO/GF

Olive oil and grapefruit, one of the therapeutic drinks that causes the liver to flush.

P&B Shakes

Psyllium seed husk fiber and bentonite clay drink. A fiber shake recommended by the owner of CureZone. This site does not recommend it long-term for several reasons. Psyllium supplementation is not appropriate for everyone. If you are severely constipated it will just add to the problem. P&B shakes are best for people who do not have chronic constipation.

EVCO or CO

Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil. A wonderful oil that should be included in our diet at least from time to time. It should replace the use of most vegetable oils in cooking, and definitely replace canola and peanut oil, and can be mixed 50/50 with butter for more flavor.

SAD

Standard American Diet – what aggravates our illnesses and makes us prematurely old.

OTC

Over the counter, as in a non-prescription drug.
