Kapha Activities
- Keep warm and active!
- Anything cardiovascular, preferably multiple times a day
- Do what you can to stay dry and comfortable – wear natural fibers, loose clothing, avoid deodorants with aluminum.
- Be sure to learn which foods are mucus forming in general and in particular for you, figure out your limits with these foods and don't exceed them.
- Get a sinus irrigation system.
- Learn how to eat fun, substantial low-calorie meals.
- Avoid snacking.
